PAYING IN PERSON: Send us an email to confirm you will be paying in person at your first class. In the case we don’t receive an email confirming your payment your space could be given to someone else. Your registration and place are only confirmed once payment is received. We encourage you to pay in advance to confirm your place in class.
In Person: Exact Cash, Cheque, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, JCB or Discover.
Online: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, or E-Transfer to email@example.com
If paying via paypal - Please provide the name or email that will appear on the paypal receipt on the registration form where indicated. If paying by E-Transfer and the name on the account does not match the student name please send us an email letting us know who the payment is for. This allows us to know which payment corresponds with each student. It makes sure your place in class is secured, and your registration is complete.
$10 of any class payment is a non-refundable admin fee.
DISCOUNTS: A discount is applicable for anyone who is taking a second and/or additional classes in the same session OR families with multiple children in youth classes. The first class must be paid at full price. The additional classes can be discounted. ($10 from every class is a non-refundable admin fee) (No discounts are available for workshops or summer camps)
1.5 hour classes 2nd class discount (Before Discount: $210): $170
1 hour classes 2nd class discount (Before Discount: $170): $130
MAKE-UP CLASSES / MISSED CLASSES
If you miss a class, let us know by cancelling your attendance on MindBody (Email or Facebook if you cannot log on). Let us know which class you missed and we'll do our best to help arrange a make-up class.*
*Please note that this depends on whether there is an available space in a class, and so it is not always possible. We cannot refund classes missed by the student unless extenuating circumstances take place - such as a medical emergency and in that case requires a Doctors Note. Make-up classes must take place within the same session as the missed class.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS: We will offer one week of makeup classes if we must cancel scheduled classes. Any cancellations will be listed on our Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/halifaxcircus). We will also email you, so please make sure we have your up-to-date email address when you register.
Payment can be made via PayPal (link below), cash or cheque. We can also accept credit card payments in person during the first week of class. You will not be permitted to attend class until payment is made - please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need to arrange a payment plan.

CLASSES THAT DO NOT HAVE A MINIMUM ATTENDANCE OF 4 PAYING STUDENTS WILL BE CANCELLED. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will move you into an alternate class, offer you a credit to return at a later time in the case of not enough students, or a refund.
