Note: 14% provincial sales tax will be applied to all workshop pricing.

**Description:** (Intermediate - Advanced)
Come learn a trapeze combo with me! We will do a thorough warm up and then learn a combo and practice it to music! Combo will involve below bar, bar, and rope work.

**Description:** (Beginner)
All levels, backgrounds, and bodies welcome! Come try out a variety of aerial apparatuses. Maybe you’ll find a new favourite or meet a new friend. May include hoop, silks, trapeze, hammock, or rope. Absolutely no experience or strength required.
**Cost:** $50

**Silks Combo Workshop (3hrs)**

(Intermediate - Advanced)
Come learn a silks combo with me!
We will do a thorough warm up and then learn a combo and practice it to music! Combo will involve some floor work, low silk work, and in the air work.

**Introduction to Silks (2hrs)**

All levels, backgrounds, and bodies welcome! Come get acquainted (or re-acquainted if you took some time off and are looking to get back into it) with the aerial silks in a safe and accessible environment.
Day: **Friday August 22 6-8PM**
Cost: $50

**Artistry Workshop (8 hrs)**

Instructor: Aiyana
*Prerequisites:*
Comfortability with 2 different aerial apparatuses. (You can be a beginner, or advanced, or anywhere in between - the goal is to be able to move with safety and awareness on 2 apparatuses).
Are you ready to delve into the artistry of your aerial work? If you said yes, this is the workshop for you!!! We are going to work with guided movement, exploring different ways of moving with the Laban movements, prompts, and more. You don't have to be an expert in any kind of movement, you just have to be open and willing to try!
The day will involve a fun and extensive warm-up, some floor work, apparatus work, discussion, byo-snack break, more movement/self exploration, and stretching/cool-down.
Both days will be somewhat similar with a few surprises. The last hour on Sunday you may invite your friends and family and we will share what we've worked on with the opportunity for you to take pictures and videos.

**Sunday August 24th 1-5pm (4-5pm showing)**
**Both days are MANDATORY**

Participants: Maximum of 6 (you have your own aerial point the whole time - no sharing!)

**ASL Community Workshop Floor Disciplines (2hrs**

An introduction to circus ground disciplines such as juggling, hula hoop, acrobatics and more! Anyone who knows ASL is welcome to join!

**ASL Community Workshop Aerials (2hr)**

An introduction to circus in the air! Anyone who knows ASL is welcome to participate, however there are a maximum of 4 participants and priority will be given to members of the Deaf and hard of hearing community.
