PAYMENT

THE FULL WEEK OF CLASSES (MONDAY - FRIDAY) - $275

Online: Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, or E-Transfer to info@halifaxcircus.com

If paying via paypal - Please provide the name or email that will appear on the paypal receipt on the registration form where indicated. If paying by E-Transfer and the name on the account does not match the student name please send us an email letting us know who the payment is for. This allows us to know which payment corresponds with each student. It makes sure your place in Camp is secured, and your registration is complete.

  • $35 of any camp payment is a non-refundable admin fee.

  • Your registration and place are only confirmed once payment is received. We encourage you to pay in advance to confirm your place in the camp.

  • Pre and post camp care is available for students needing to be dropped off and/or picked up outside of regular camp hours. Pre camp care allows students to be dropped off between 8:30am-9am. Post camp care allows students to be picked up between 4pm-5pm. Pre and Post camp care cost $25 each, and are valid for the whole week.

  • Students are to bring their own snacks and lunches.

  • Halifax Circus cannot be held responsible for accidents or injuries incurred in classes, or on its premises. Students/parents are financially responsible for any physical damage they/their children do to the building.

  • Some camps have a minimum registration and if that number is not met the class will not be offered. You will be notified of any canceled classes.

  • *A signed letter by one of the parents or guardians is required if someone else other than the parent or guardian will be picking up your children.

HOW TO REGISTER

  • If you don’t have an account - sign up for one by clicking ‘my account’ on the schedule below

  • To receive enrollment confirmations, cancellations, ect by email you must opt in when you register. ‘Account Management’ and ‘Reminders & Schedule Changes’. (You can change this at any time through your profile or by emailing us)

    How to Register:

    • If you are only registering one child: You can sign up as your child - the students name must reflect the student that comes to the camp. Then Select a class from the calendar below.

    • If you are registering multiple children: Register yourself first if you have multiple children.

    • Click 'MY INFO' tab

    • ‘Add Family Member’ under ‘relationships or family members’

    • Fill out the info for your child and add your email to their profile so you can get the enrolment confirmation email when you do enroll.

    • Continue to 'REGISTRATION' tab and click 'enroll (Childs Name) as unpaid'
