Our Aerials Classes focuse on developing flexibility and core strength, and introduces students to the silks, circeau (ring) and trapeze.
No previous aerial experience is necessary for our YOUTH, TEEN and BASIC classes.
Admission to our Intermediate Class is by approval of the instructor.
There is *LIMITED* availability for Intermediate Students in the Basic Aerials Class on Thursdays from 6- 8:30pm.
Acrobatics class introduces students to flexibility, agility and strength training. They work on the basics: handstands, bridges and cartwheels, before moving on to the beginnings of front and back handsprings
Partner Acrobatics/Hand Balancing focuses on partner acrobatics, with an emphasis on refining balance, creative movement and safety in partner work.
Juggling and Circus is an introduction to the basics of object manipulation (juggling, diabolo and flower sticks) and on using apparatus that increases your balance and agility (tightrope, stilts, rolling globe, unicycle and rola bola).
Suitable for beginners to intermediate levels.

Circus Boot Camp is a 45 min conditioning class, perfect for acrobats, aerialists and break dancers.
The Open Gym Pass allows you to come to Open Gym six times.
Please indicate how you will be paying for your classes. Cash and cheques are due first day of class.
